Bloody Cervical Mucus, Stomach Cramps

The reconstruction in Wenchuan (China)

ABSTRACT - At 14:28 of May 12, 2008 an earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale struck the region of Wenchuan in China, killing about 69,226 people and found the disappearance of the other 17,923, 374,643 injured and millions homeless. Many cities have been devastated and a large number of rural villages completely destroyed. The size of this phenomenon is easy to see what can be difficult for the reconstruction process. After almost three years many things have been done, and others are taken to promote the recovery and reconstruction of affected areas. In this paper we account for the content of the main planning tools designed to help out, particularly the report "Overall Planning for Post-Wenchuan Earthquake Restoration," prepared by the National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC) of the Government Central China, the instrument that perhaps more than anyone else has been able to trace the path of the entire reconstruction process.
